SHI - Cab Sites
At SHI - Cab Sites, we aim to provide clear information about our educational programmes, fees, enrolment procedures, and refund conditions.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to course registrations, classroom programmes, online courses, recorded video courses, test series, and other educational services offered by SHI - Cab Sites, subject to the specific terms communicated for each programme and applicable law.
Students are advised to review the course details, syllabus, duration, delivery mode, access validity, fees, and applicable conditions before completing a payment.
An enrolment may be confirmed after the required payment has been successfully received and the registration details have been verified.
Students should retain their payment receipts and transaction reference numbers.
Students who wish to cancel an enrolment must submit a written request through the Academy's authorised contact channels.
The request should include:
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Eligibility will be assessed in accordance with the applicable course terms, the circumstances of the request, and applicable law.
Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:
If a student requests cancellation before the scheduled commencement of a programme, the Academy will assess the request under the refund terms communicated at the time of enrolment. Any applicable deduction must be consistent with the disclosed terms and applicable law.
If the Academy cancels a programme and does not provide an agreed alternative, eligible students will be offered an appropriate refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law and the terms of enrolment.
If a material change is made to a programme's essential features, such as its delivery mode or schedule, and the agreed service cannot reasonably be provided, the Academy will assess appropriate remedies in accordance with the enrolment terms and applicable law.
Verified duplicate payments or excess amounts received by the Academy will be reviewed for refund.
If a student cannot access a paid online programme because of a verified technical issue attributable to the Academy, the Academy will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If the issue remains unresolved, an appropriate remedy may be considered in accordance with the applicable terms and law.
Online courses, recorded lectures, downloadable study materials, and digital test series may become available immediately after enrolment.
Students should check course descriptions, access validity, device requirements, and other relevant details before purchasing.
Where digital content has already been accessed or delivered, refund eligibility will be determined according to the disclosed course-specific terms and applicable law. Access to digital content does not, by itself, remove any statutory rights a student may have.
Refund requests for test series and classroom programmes will be assessed based on the programme's disclosed conditions, the commencement date, the services already provided, and the circumstances of the request.
Where a programme includes multiple components, the Academy may consider the extent of services delivered when assessing an eligible refund, subject to applicable law.
Any registration fee, administrative charge, or other amount described as non-refundable must be clearly disclosed to the student before payment and must be consistent with applicable law.
No provision in this Policy is intended to exclude a refund or other remedy where it is legally required.
Students may submit refund requests using the Academy's authorised contact details:
1513E, 2nd Floor, Leo Campus, East Main Road, Anna Nagar West Extension, Chennai – 600101, Tamil Nadu, India.
Please provide the payment reference and relevant enrolment details so that the request can be verified efficiently.
The Academy aims to review complete refund requests within 7–10 working days.
Where a refund is approved, the amount will ordinarily be initiated through the original payment method, where supported by the payment provider.
The time taken for the amount to appear in the student's account may depend on the bank, payment gateway, and payment method used.
If additional verification is required, the Academy may request further information and inform the student of the status of the request.
If a payment is debited from a student's account but the enrolment is not confirmed, the student should contact the Academy with the transaction reference.
Verified failed or unsuccessful transactions will be handled in coordination with the relevant payment service provider and in accordance with applicable payment-system requirements.
Course enrolments and student accounts are intended for the registered student. Transfers to another student, resale of course access, or sharing of paid account credentials are not permitted without prior written approval from the Academy.
Any transfer or change of enrolment will be subject to the relevant programme conditions and applicable law.
SHI - Cab Sites may revise this Policy when necessary. The current version will be published on the website.
The applicable terms communicated at enrolment and any rights protected by law will be taken into account when reviewing a refund request.
For refund, cancellation, or payment-related assistance, please contact SHI - Cab Sites using the details provided above.
We aim to handle all requests fairly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable law.
